The river was HOT this weekend with temperatures reaching as high as 118°F in Needles. Skiing was awesome and the sunsets were again spectacular. Paul Jackson helped with the boat driving so Catherine Ohl and Gene Fulkerson got in lots of beach time. Troy Stickndmud showed up on crutches. He tore up his knee last year and recently had surgery. He won't be wake boarding this year. But that doesn't stop Seena Khatner from boarding. She was awesome. Brian Jackson and Sean Griffin spent lots of time snorkeling for fish and rocks. Laura Preiss and, surprise, Carmen Jackson and Seena made the glass run on Sunday. Gene did a great job in the kitchen which included and impeccably prepared Alaskan salmon.
