This was by far the best ski/board weekend of the year! The weather was perfect— in the high 80s with little to no wind. Granted the 7 AM run was a bit on the cool side but it was well worth it. But then again the water was glassy all day. And of course the high light was Gene's deep fried turkey which was to die for.

Zac brought two fellow school teachers who are now hooked on boarding. Carl's wife Kyoto came around to cheer him on and touch bases with all of us. Joel made his first trip of the year while Barbara and Rick were back for seconds. All the board members (expect Patricia) closed out the season at the river this weekend. "The boys" shared a few special beers on Friday.
